We want you to love your Glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your OLEHENRIKSEN purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 60 days of purchase. Only products purchased directly from OLEHENRIKSEN.com may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse; your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
